How to Place an Order

1. Use the links at left to view the Math Recovery products available for purchase, take note of the Item Code (where applicable)

2. Download the Math Recovery Order Form (PDF)

3. Fill out all requested information (For all PD Kit orders, please include your MR Leader, Add+VantageMR Champion, or SNAP Facilitator number)
4. Submit the order form to the US Math Recovery Council Office via fax (1-800-816-5631) or mail (address is on form or see the Contact page)
• Include a method of payment (Purchase Order, Check, or Credit Card information)

In the coming weeks you will be able to purchase Math Recovery books and Other Products online with a Credit Card.

For now, the online store may be used to purchase your US Math Recovery Membership or to register for the certain Professional Development Courses and Events.

Accessing the Online Store:

Use the link below to access the Math Recovery Online store. Select the item you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. Once you check out, complete the following steps:

• Log in to the system:
• If you’ve ever been a Math Recovery member or attended a Math Recovery professional development course or event, you are already in the system. Log in using your primary email address. If it’s your first time signing in, use the password Password1 (or if you’ve already used the online store, use the password you set up).
• If you’re new to Math Recovery, click the “New Visitor Registration” link, and provide the requested information.

• Provide your billing information, and then click on “Submit” to send us your order.
