U.S. Math Recovery Council
The US Math Recovery Council (USMRC) provides oversight and management of the Math Recovery materials, methodology and related intellectual property in the United States. This non-profit organization was established in 2003 for purposes of:
- Ensuring the quality of Math Recovery Certifying teachers and leaders,
- Coordinating a comprehensive staff development program
- Making research and knowledge of young children's mathematical thinking available to a wider audience through publications and presentations. USMRC offers teacher professional development programs, supported with textbooks and other materials.
USMRC Membership provides math teachers ongoing support in implementing Math Recovery programs in the classroom. USMRC Membership information is available on this site.
